At Passion Crafts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- Eligibility: No items can be returned without a valid reason. Some of the criteria are – Damaged/Broken Product, Wrong Product etc. Although we source Original Brand products from trusted sources, and it comes sealed, there is no means to inspect the product. Minor QC issues like loose joints or slight paint job issues won’t be considered as valid reason. Its pure luck.
- Making Unboxing Video is must, so that if things go sideways we can do our best to resolve the issue.
- Initiating a Return: Please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Kindly provide your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Passion Crafts will not be liable for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 days.
